Brothers Custom Garage is seeking dependable, honest, and motivated individuals with mechanical and body shop experience. The ideal candidate has strong listening skills, sharp attention to detail, accurate time-tracking abilities, clear note-taking habits, and the confidence to solve problems independently. We are looking for self-starters who can perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality and organization.

• Mechanical teardown, preparation, and assembly
• Sandblasting, wire-wheeling, and surface preparation
• Assist with diagnostics and wiring tasks
• Body shop tasks including panel preparation, sanding, cleaning, and basic bodywork
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Document work performed and maintain clear notes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with parts handling, inventory organization, and job planning
• Research and source parts needed for assigned tasks
• Help identify and solve problems as they arise

• Basic electrical knowledge
• Introductory welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with sandblasting and wire-wheel surface preparation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and without direct supervision
• Ability to research and source parts effectively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Excellent listening, note-taking, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and expand existing skills

• Hands-on experience in mechanical repair, restoration, fabrication, and body shop operations
